Below is a list of the most common issues our customers are having.

Is it possible for me to get a refund?

Due to recent events we are removing all possibilties of refunds. However we offer trial accounts to everyone to try our product our before purchasing, this way you will be very aware of what you are buying. 

How do I sign up for a trial account?

Simply sign up to our website and your account is ready to go. The only difference between a trial account and our premium service is we will disconnect our trial accounts every 30 minutes.

I have paid however I haven't received my Time Code.

If you purchased through our website you will not recieve a Time Code, it is added automatically onto your account

How can I check how much time I have left on my account?

Login to your account by using the Members Login panel at the top of the Lowerping website and you will be able to click through to your subscription.

I have paid however the time has not been credited to my account.

Since our network upgrades we have not had a single problem with payments not going through, however if you are think your time hasn't gone through please follow these steps.

1) If you just purchased from us and you don't see your time give it 2-3 minutes to register, sometimes there is a delay from paypal.
2) Make sure you purchased time on the right account, most the time people have purchased time on a different account and don't realise. 
3) If you still can't find your time email me at Accounts@lowerping.com with the following information below. 

  • Your paypal email address
  • Did you purchase 3 month or 1 month
  • Your transaction ID or receipt ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Your account name you want the time added onto
