Lowerping problems?

ok so when D3 first launched i was having troubles getting stuck on the launcher and the solution i found worked for me and many other people was to do a winsock reset in CMD prompt, after i did that reset lowerping would not work because i could close lowerping without being disconnected from WoW or D3.

The other night i decided to reinstall lowerping and it is working fine for WoW my ms is back to what i originally payed for and im happy with all but one thing, i now get stuck at the D3 launcher again is there anyway i can get around having to do a winsock reset and reinstalling to get it to work for both D3 and WoW each time?

Are you saying that with LP installed, even if you don't have Lowerping open you get stuck at the Launcher?

Yes i get stuck at launcher even without lowerping open but for some reason when i do the"winsock reset" in cmd prompt it works, but then it seems when i have a game running after i do that lowerping does not work for the game because i can close lowerping in the background and not disconnect from the game and for me to fix that i reinstall lowerping but then im back at stage one.
