France high latency

I am using lowering for over a year and half now and i use to get 124 to 130 max ms on france server im playing from uae dubai but since 2month or 3 it started getting wrose every now and then and since like 3 weeks its very bad with ms 200+ something is changed here with lower ping every server has high ms anything wrong wtih lowerping server or something i should know or ti fix it please let me know .
