Connection constantly dropping - Tibia

I paid a key proxy for one month, but I have a big problem:

I start to play, but time passes and connecting the tibia to the work, and consequently die when I'm hunting.

Please, I wonder if there is any problem with my internet, because some time ago I used the Tibia Tunnel, and the same thing happened.

Note: I use wireless connection (shared 2 MB)
Note 2: I'm from Brazil.
