Account time expired

So I have been using my lowerping account for almost a year now and suddenly I was getting constant disconnects whenever lowerping was running. After days of disconnecting and reading up on forums I decided to read everything super carefully and the problem was that my account was reverted back to trial.

My lowerping account time was added because of my arena 2v2 sponsorship playing world of warcraft, but I never thought it had an expiry time as it never mentioned anything about it. My question is, is there really an expirey date or was this a bug and that hopefully my account can be reverted? If there is an expire date how much time does a sponsored account receive?

The Arena Sponsorships are only for when your team is currently in top 30. You will have to re level a team and request for sponsorship again.
