Account question

My main computer recently crapped itself and is away being fixed i have 2 lowerping accs one for my main computer and one for my laptop.Im using an old computer i had until mine is fixed but when i try to type my account info into lowerping to start playin it comes up with an error please tell me i dont have to get a third account or is there some way to get my info into my old comp and make it work thanks
