Lowerping's been problematic for me lately

i've been using lowerping from end of feb or the start of march 2011 and i can honestly say i'm happy with it's service of giving me a constant 190~240 world and home ping but lately it's been having a problem on this past few weeks that my latency will raise at around 9.00 pm till 1.00 am (GMT+8) and before it's blamed on my ISP i've checked and let their technician tested my connection and i can say my connection is fine around those hours (tracert/checked with alot of IP/country/directly to WoW server) and it's stable. my problem is around the hours i've mentioned my ping on lowerping will keep spiking and unstable (i'm using fox1 or fox2) it can jump to 400 500 200 240 then back to 200 again. can i know if this problem is from the lowerping itself and can it be fixed? since i'm raiding 25m and when it does spike, lowerping will dc's me from the game and it's getting frustrating. thanks for any support that's willing to answer this

edit: tracert result when IT IS NORMAL (even when it's normal (outside of my laggy hours) it's still freezing soemtimes and almost dc's me)

as you can see the connection from my ISP is fine until it hit webnx route and it'll be spiky/laggy
