Hi there,

I've been using LP for WoW in the past and Aion currently. However, the past 2-3 days, I have not been able to connect to Aion. There were no changes in my settings whatsoever. I can launch Aion, but once I key in my user/pass and accept the T&C, a box pops up saying "Can't connect to the server". Hence, I thought maybe it was due to the servers but apparently they were up and running. I tried connecting without LP and it got through fine.

Just wondering if anything changed either on LP's side or Aion's side because I was using LP fine with Aion until the past few days.. Don't wanna play with 800+ping lol..

Any help/feedback would be deeply appreciated!

Cheers,

Bchan

No Aion issues reported, I will log in and take a look.

Edit: Tested Aion also I can't find any issues.

Is your Black connection window staying Open giving you the subscription message always?
Did you install a New Firewall last 3 days?

Have you tested a different LP server?

Confirm above issue.

LP server connecting via putty seems fine.
Yet, Aion login times out with 'Cannot connect to Authorisation Server'.
Tested all three LP Aion servers.

Have no issues connecting via another HTTP tunneling service.

Please note that Aion has done a server maintenance.

We would probably have alot more posts if everyone could not log in.
When did you install this other ssh network client?

Try uninstalling the Lowerping client then reinstalling it.

I'm not using a client, i use Putty and ProxyCap.

I've been using both Smoothping and LP (yes, i unload and load up profiles on ProxyCap accordingly if I need to switch) when I have stability issues I'd like to have backup plan.

It appears the connection to Aion servers via LP just seem to time out for some reason?

Thank you for the replies guys. Problem is solved :)

1. Uninstalled LP.exe
2. Restart computer
3. Installed fresh LP.exe
4. Restart computer
5. Restart router

And it's all working now :)

Thanks again for the help :)

bchan1987 good news.

factork, Sounds like the settings file did not get loaded or saved correctly.
You must click the Big OK button bottom left of proxycap to save changes.

I've yet to retest the issue with Putty and ProxyCap, however I've since been using the LP client to connect.
