hey dan not sure if its iinet or LP but i m getting packetloss when i traceroute most of the server on lion and fox

Looks ok to me, that hop is probably just blocking the trace.

not sure why but when i log onto the game i am getting 250+ ping even it says 170 ping on the LP, is it due to the hop?

No don't think it would be from that hop. Maybe test another server group.

have tried Lion A's and B's Fox1 and panda1 still the same 250+ i am not sure why..

does panth r9 route you over Vocus is the ping any better.
